Embedded Systems & Robotics Engineer
I build production systems that survive outside the lab — firmware, ROS-based robotic arms, edge AI pipelines, and IIoT infrastructure for industrial clients. 5+ years shipping real hardware in noisy, failure-prone environments.
I'm a Mechatronics Engineer and founder of Unartech Solutions, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. My work sits at the intersection of embedded firmware, robotics, and industrial AI — I design systems end-to-end, from hardware bring-up and sensor integration to deployment and long-term reliability.
My professional roots are in HIL testing and autonomous simulation at Caterpillar, where I built CAN J1939 and Siemens S7 automation frameworks and worked on drone collision-avoidance in Gazebo/ROS. Since then, I've delivered production computer vision, IIoT, and robotic arm systems for manufacturing and automotive clients.
I'm deeply interested in AGVs, robotic arm control, and edge AI — systems that have real constraints, real consequences, and zero tolerance for lab-only reliability.
Outside engineering: I run a YouTube channel on Rust & OpenCV, build 3D-printed products, and have a growing interest in generative algorithmic art.
I'm open to embedded systems, robotics, and edge AI roles — particularly in AGV, robotic arm, HIL testing, or industrial automation domains. I'm also happy to discuss freelance engagements or technical consulting.
